The Inn at Sundance Mountain Resort

Book Your Stay

Stay at the base of the mountain, in the heart of Sundance Resort.

The Inn is a 63-room hotel in the heart of Sundance Mountain Resort, offering ski-in/ski-out access just steps from the lifts, restaurants, art studios, and live music in the Resort Village. Creekside rooms and views of Mount Timpanogos keep the mountain close, while original artwork and unexpected objects throughout the hotel make every hallway and gathering space feel distinct.

Mornings begin with a European-style breakfast in the Living Room. From there, the day unfolds easily—ski from the hotel, explore the village, take an art class, or spend a quiet moment beside the creek. In the evening, return to firelight, conversation, and a calm place to settle after a full day on the mountain.

Rooms are cozy...but you will probably not linger there with so much to do elsewhere.

Timp View Rooms

Timp View rooms place Mount Timpanogos directly outside your window, with unobstructed views of Utah's most iconic summit from morning light to evening alpenglow. Centrally located in the village, The Inn puts dining, art studios, and the ski mountain within an easy walk.

River View Rooms

River View rooms sit beside the North Fork Creek, where a private deck places you at the water's edge and the sound of the stream becomes part of your stay. Dining, art studios, shops, and the ski mountain are all within easy walking distance.

Ridge View Rooms

Ridge View rooms look across the canyon toward the forested slopes of North Fork Ridge, the backbone of Utah's Alpine Loop scenic byway. A built-in window seat offers a quiet place to relax and take in views of the canyon that make it hard to leave the room.

Timp Suite

The Timp Suite offers a spacious layout and thoughtful design built for longer stays, with unobstructed views of Mount Timpanogos, a separate living area, and the most direct view of Timpanogos that The Inn has to offer.

Cascade Suite

The Cascade Suite offers expansive views of Mount Timpanogos and the surrounding canyon, with the North Fork Creek winding through the trees below. Inside, a separate bedroom and living area with fireplace provide space to settle in, in a suite named for the waters that tumble from Cascade Peak through Provo Canyon just outside.

Ridgeline Suite

The Ridgeline Suite looks across forested canyon slopes from one of The Inn's highest vantage points. Inside, a separate living area offers space to unwind. As the largest suite at The Inn at Sundance Mountain Resort, it offers more room to spread out than any other accommodation in the building.
