All ticket sales are final. Refunds, credits, or exchanges for alternate dates will not be offered for missed performances.

Tickets may not be resold. Guests are welcome to gift tickets to friends or family, but resale through third-party platforms is not permitted. Sundance Resort via Etix is the only authorized ticket seller. Tickets purchased through third parties (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.) cannot be guaranteed.

All shows are recommended for mature audiences (ages 12+). Attendance by small children is not advised. Any child creating a disturbance must be taken out of the amphitheater area immediately.

All guest parking is located in the upper parking lots. Guests requiring ADA parking with a valid handicap permit should inform parking attendants upon arrival for direction to the nearest available space.

From the upper lots, guests may take a shuttle or walk to the amphitheater. The walk is approximately 10 minutes on a moderate rock path. Guests choosing to walk should follow posted signage and remain on designated paths.

Guests are encouraged to arrive at Sundance 30–45 minutes prior to their intended arrival time at the theater and allow at least 30 additional minutes for parking and transit to the venue.

Guests may begin lining up no earlier than one hour prior to doors opening. Lawn seating is first come, first served, while bench seating is reserved. Guests should plan to be seated by 7:45 p.m.

The following bags are permitted inside the venue:
    • Small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no larger than 6” x 9” 
    • Clear, single-pocket bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” 

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests may refuse a bag search; however, the venue reserves the right to deny entry.

The venue does not offer bag storage for prohibited items. Guests must return such items to their vehicles.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on Sundance Mountain Resort property.

Guests may bring food purchased from on-site locations—including the Dinner in The Grove, Concessions, Deli, or resort restaurants—into the amphitheater.

Permitted items include:
    • Factory-sealed plastic bottles of water 
    • Empty clear bottles 

Concessions are available before and during the performance. A barbecue dinner is offered prior to each show and may be purchased online or at the door, subject to availability.

Guests with valid handicap parking permits should notify parking attendants upon arrival for ADA parking accommodations.

The amphitheater includes six wheelchair-designated areas within the bench seating section that must be reserved prior to arrival. Guests using wheelchairs may reserve adjacent Companion Seats to sit with their party.

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the Outdoor Amphitheater.

Service animals are welcome and must remain under the control of their handler at all times. Any service animal that causes a disruption may be asked to leave the venue. Refunds in such cases will be issued at the discretion of the house supervisor.
