Summer Pizza Pop-Up Series

Available on just four select dates, these outdoor dining events feature authentic Neapolitan-style pizza cooked in Gozney ovens and served in some of the resort's most scenic mountain settings.

Each pizza begins with Caputo 00 flour and a 72-hour fermentation process, creating a light, airy crust with exceptional flavor and texture. Toppings include premium ingredients such as Creminelli Sopressata, Prosciutto, and seasonal offerings inspired by the summer season.

Throughout the summer, the pop-ups will rotate between unique locations across Sundance Mountain Resort, including the Deli Courtyard, Creekside Courtyard, and the Lookout Deck. Enjoy freshly made wood-fired pizza, mountain views, and a casual outdoor atmosphere that celebrates the best of summer in Utah.
