Tree Room
A meal here is an occasion. The apex of mountain dining, in the ambience of Robert Redford’s antique Native American art collection. Enjoy celebrated cuisine and wine, crafted with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and served in a room built around a tree. A light appetizer or drink in the adjacent Library Lounge is highly recommended.
Foundry Grill
Served in a space that pays homage to frontier life, here you’ll find a hearty meal—comfort food in the finest sense—served in our welcoming dining room. Rustic yet never rough around the edges, Foundry Grill feels like coming home.
Owl Bar
With its own storied history, the Owl Bar is beloved by generations for its outlaw character and refined drink menu. Raise a glass where Butch Cassidy himself once bellied up, catch some live music, sample bar bites, and savor each moment on the streamside patio.
