To that end, we offer numerous amenities and facilities for our overnight guests that not only enrich their time here but make their stay an easy one, too. Whether you've booked a room in the Inn, a Cottage in the woods, or a Mountain Home nearby, you have access to each of the following. The Springs
Available exclusively to lodging guests, these rest and relaxation pools are the perfect way to ease into your morning or unwind after a day on the mountain.
This amenity features two hot tubs and one large relaxation spa, plus a sauna, changing rooms, and a cold-plunge outdoor shower. Easy to access from any resort lodging, the Springs offer incredible views of Mt. Timpanogos, so you can recharge your spirits while you reset your body.
The Springs are open year-round.
Fitness & Wellness Center
Our fitness center is available for all overnight guests. It’s accessible with a door code, which can be provided by our front desk or concierge. Equipped with everything you need for a quick workout or a longer session, the Center is open for your convenience throughout the day.
Boot Room & Ski Valet
Located at the Inn but available for all lodging guests. Ski to the Resort Village base, hand your gear to the Inn's Ski Valet, step inside, and swap your ski boots for shoes or slippers in the Boot Room.

Activity Center
Located on the ground floor of the Inn and available for anyone spending time at the resort, the Activity Center is a one-stop spot where you can plan adventures, book reservations, and make the most of every moment here. Our staff can walk you through all the ins and outs of activities, amenities, and more—ensuring your experience hits the mark.
The Living Room & The Gallery at the Inn
Located in the Inn and available for all overnight lodging guests, the Living Room is a cozy spot to unwind by the fire, sip a drink, nibble light fare, pick up a page-turner, or challenge the crew to a rousing card game.
Additionally, you'll be welcome to explore The Inn Gallery, featuring a specially curated selection of artwork in a variety of mediums.
Land Rover Transport Service
Sundance Resort lodging guests are welcome to use our complimentary Land Rover driver service within the resort area, including Cottages, Mountain Homes, Resort Village, Mountain Camp, Nordic Center, Art Studio, or any other resort facility. You can request a ride anywhere on resort property, and we'd be happy to take you there and back.
