From lush meadows to mountaintops, Sundance Mountain Resort boasts an array of spectacular ceremony locations. The Redford Center has a large grand hall and reclaimed wood lobby with a fireplace that provides warmth and comfort to guests. Large sliding glass barn doors lead to a private lawn with views of the mountain, where couples can host their ceremony or outdoor cocktail hour — we encourage creativity!
The Rehearsal Hall is Sundance’s largest indoor function space. Inside, you’ll find 17-foot ceilings and sliding barn-style glass doors. This iconic space overlooks the Sundance pond and Allan Houser’s masterful bronze sculpture, “Prayer Song.” Adults and little ones will enjoy the scenery from the wrap-around deck. The hall also has a back deck perfectly suited for an outdoor ceremony among the pine trees! Rehearsal Hall accommodates up to 200 people for a sit-down meal, and subdivides into three sections for added flexibility.
For the extra adventurous, Mandan Summit is our newest event location. Ride Outlaw Express up to Sundance’s latest mountain top lookout! This is the perfect ceremony location for couples eager to wed in the mountains. Take in the spectacular 360-degree view of Mount Timpanogos, Cascade Mountain, Provo Canyon & Stewart Falls while you exchange vows and share your first moments as a married couple.
The beauty doesn’t stop at the scenery with your Sundance wedding. We believe food is art, and every culinary experience on the mountain is meant to be shared with loved ones. Our catering kitchen is overseen by the same team of chefs that create dishes for all our restaurants, so rest assured the food at your wedding will be world class! Choose from fresh seasonal menus, and enjoy a formal seated dinner or a buffet for a more casual party.
Planning to serve alcohol? We’ve got you covered. Sundance has partnered with vineyards that commit themselves to conservation. We have four varieties of wine and a rotating beer menu highlighting Utah’s best local beers.
