Art lies at the very heart of our resort and its community. Sundance Resort originally began as a mountain haven for artists, writers and filmmakers. Today we uphold that legacy—getting a little clay on our hands as we do it. Our Art Studio & Gallery sits right in our Resort Village, where we welcome day-visitors and overnight guests alike to come learn, play, and create. With this much inspiration right outside our window, creative energy flows naturally.

About the Art Studio & Gallery
In addition to daily classes (suitable for all skill levels, including beginners), we host a Visiting Artist Program, a rotating display of local and regional artists' work. You can also shop the Gallery for one-of-a-kind items and mementos ranging from original paintings to locally made jewelry.
The Art Studio is open daily from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Online reservations for classes may be made up to 48 hours in advance. To book a class less than 48 hours in advance, please call the Art Studio at 801.223.4535.

Glassblowing Studio
Visit our Glassblowing Studio to watch the poetic motions of traditional glassblowers who bring with them the exquisite artistic traditions of Tlaquepaque, Guadalajara.
The Art Gallery offers an array of hand-blown recycled glass pieces, each showcasing creativity and honoring the environment.
Make & Take Projects
If you don’t have time for a full class, drop by the Art Studio for a quick project to make and take home. Create a candle with homemade glass and scents or work on a beaded jewelry project! No appointment needed.
