Each week has an exciting and challenging new theme and is filled with opportunities for active play, arts and music, environmental awareness and exploration.
Campers will work collaboratively to complete unique art pieces with recycled material. Campers will also work together to complete challenges and learn how important teamwork is. Activities this week include collaborative art pieces and trust games.
Find inspiration from forests, streams, meadows, mountains, Native American traditions, and wildlife. Also explore dance, music and theatrical arts. Activities this week include making aspen tree paintings and creating nature mandalas.
Explore native animal species and their amazing adaptations. Use animals as a source of inspiration for art. Activities this week include fly – fishing demonstrations and creating your own animal.
Enjoy outdoor activities like yoga, hiking, relays, and obstacle courses and learn why it is important to be active and healthy. Activities this week include a visit from fitness experts and creating a selfie collage.
Learn survival basics to use in the wilderness, including basic first aid skills. Activities this week include a visit with the North Fork Fire Department, making paracord keychains and learning about natural remedies.
Explore nature’s sciences by engaging in fun and interesting experiments. Campers will also explore how art and science connect in our natural world. Activities this week include creating chemical volcanoes and fossil exploration.
Discover your inner artist this week as campers learn about famous artists and explore different art mediums such as painting, sculpture, and dance. Activities include mimicking Picasso’s style and a visit to the Sundance Art Studio.
Campers will be introduced to theatre through drama, music, movement, and visual art. Campers will also learn about Sundance’s rich history of theatre. Activities this week will include puppet – making and improvisation techniques.
Practice basic outdoor camping skills, learn about Leave No TraceTM, explore local plant and animal species and learn about fun activities to use on their next family camping trip. Activities this week include creating constellation paintings and going on a compass treasure hunt.
Learn what makes the Wasatch Mountains unique through stories, games, nature hunts and art. Activities this week include a special trip to Bearclaw peak, recreating the legends of Timpanogos, and creating kachina dolls like the ones in the Tree Room.

A registration fee of $45 will be assessed one time per child per season and will include a Kids Camp t-shirt, water bottle and sling bag.
Sundance Kids Camp offers flexible registration, from one day to multiple weeks.
*Weekly pricing can be applied for 5 consecutive days or 5 days used throughout the summer.
Sundance Mountain Resort Kids Camp is a nature day camp for children ages 5-12.

Lunch Options: Sundance Kids Camp provides snacks and water for all campers. Children MUST come with a lunch from home or purchase a lunch from the Sundance Deli prior to being dropped off at camp.
