When do the Car Concerts take place?
Sunday Evenings, July 12 – August 30.
What time do the concert begin?
Doors open at 6:30 PM, Concert begins at 7:30 PM.
How long are the concerts?
Show length is 75-90 minutes.
What is the price of a ticket?
Tickets are $28 per carload.
What is considered a carload?
Carloads are valid for up to 6 guests total. Guests should be from a single household.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets must be purchased online. All tickets will be Print at Home. Please present ticket upon arrival or have the confirmation pulled up on a phone or other device.
What are the ticket options?
There are two options. Car Spot: Guests will be assigned a parking spot and will stay within their vehicle for the performance. People Plot: Guests will park, exit their vehicles, and be directed to a viewing spot where they will remain for the duration of the performance.
Do you offer refunds?
All ticket sales are final.
Can I choose my seating?
“Seating” will be assigned as guests come into the venue. The best viewing spots will be assigned first. This is to maintain safety for both staff and other guests. If two separate households would like to be near each other we recommend arriving at the same time and purchasing the same type of ticket. As a reminder each household must stay within its designated spot.
Can I attend the concert if I arrive late? Can I leave early?
Car Concerts will work best if guests arrive no later than the 7:30 PM start time and plan to stay until the performance is over. This will allow the parking staff to get everyone parked and then assist guests in departing.
Can I leave my car spot/people plot during the concert?
Guests must stay within assigned “seating” area from arrival to departure (other than visiting restrooms and picking up concession orders).
Are children allowed at the concerts?
Concerts are family friendly, however ALL guests must stay within the viewing area (car spot/people plot), which may be a challenge for small children so please use best judgment. Crying babies/children will be a distraction and should also be a consideration when purchasing tickets.
What is the size of each seating area?
Viewing spots are approximately 9 x 12 feet.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No outside food or drink other than water is permitted.
Is alcohol allowed?
Absolutely no alcohol is permitted. No alcohol will be sold.
Will there be food and drinks available at the concert?
Concessions will be available for purchase including hamburgers, hot dogs, cookies, candy, brownies, popcorn, chips, drinks and some retail items.
What is the weather usually like?
Come prepared for rain or shine and varying temperatures. Conditions change quickly in the mountains. The sun will dip below the mountain at approximately 7 pm and temperatures will begin to cool.
What is recommended for those sitting outside?
Guests with People Plots will be seated outside on the pavement. We recommend blankets or portable chairs.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are NOT allowed at this event.
Can I bring an umbrella?
Small handheld umbrellas may be utilized in the event of rain or for shade for those seated outside vehicles.
What else should I consider?
We are excited to host this unique concert opportunity for our guests. We ask all guests to follow CDC guidelines including maintaining social distancing, wearing a mask/face covering and not attending if anyone is feeling sick.
Upon arrival, guests will be directed to a parking spot by our staff and then exit their vehicles for the night. Guests will then be directed to an assigned viewing spot, which will be socially distanced from other parties. The spot is approximately 12 x 9 feet and guests will need to stay within the boundary of their spot for the duration of the performance. Guests may NOT go back and forth to/from their car. Guests are encouraged to throw out a blankets, set up lawn chairs, and enjoy the show. Concessions and restrooms will be accessible during the show.
Upon arrival, trucks/vans/cars will be directed to an assigned parking spot, where their vehicle will remain for the duration of the event. Guests are expected to stay within their vehicle and may not idle during the show. This is great option to drop the tailgate, open the hatchback, or simply enjoy the show from your car seats. Concessions and restrooms will be accessible during the show.
