Kids Yoga
This fun and creative practice encourages children to explore their curiosity, imagination and self-awareness. Children will learn to center themselves and cultivate a connection to their body and breath using simple yoga poses, visualization and elements of play.
Families welcome; parents must be in attendance for children under 8 years of age. Ages 1-12 years old. Family sessions available. Parents must be in attendance for children under the age of 5. Please inquire with the spa for pricing for groups larger than 6 participants.
Available 7-days per week by appointment.
