Tree Room + Sugar House Distillery Whiskey Dinner

We are delighted to partner with Sugar House Whiskey distillery for our first every whiskey dinner in the Tree Room on March 27th.
Each dish in our 6-course tasting menu is thoughtfully paired with a unique Sugar House Distillery creation. Menu highlights include Red Oak-Smoked Trout with Caviar and Sauerkraut paired with a Sugar House Vodka Dirty Martini, Morgan Valley Lamb Loin with Hedgehog Mushrooms and Sugar House American Single Malt Whiskey; and a Saddle of Rabbit with Iberico Ham, Spring Peas and Sugar House Rye Whiskey.
