In collaboration with Great Basin Wildlife Rescue, which specializes in the rescue and rehabilitation of birds of prey. The program will kick off with an engaging educational experience, where you’ll learn about each bird’s unique features, mannerisms, and natural habitat.
Following the educational experience, we will have the privilege of witnessing the release of a Great Horned Owl into their natural environment. Our featured birds for the event include the small but mighty Kestrel Falcon, the soaring Red-tailed Hawk, the ghostly Barn Owl, and the formidable Great Horned Owl.

• The event will start promptly at 1:00 pm at Bearclaw Cabin.
• There is no additional fee or payment required to attend the bird release. However, guests will need to purchase a lift ticket to access Bearclaw Cabin. To ensure everyone gets there in time, we’d recommend loading the lift no later than 12:00 pm.
