Riversong
Experience the outdoors while indoors – Riversong offers a variety of skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows, letting in an abundance of natural light and spectacular views of both the river and Mt. Timpanogos. Relax on the back deck that spans the entire length of the house and provides multiple seating areas, great for big families or outdoor gatherings. This home comes fully equipped and includes a sauna, a private deck off the master suite, and a unique chair lift swing to enjoy on those cool summer nights.

Pine Haven
Wake up to breathtaking mountain views from your bed in this luxurious
mountain home away from home. This three level home offers the entire
upstairs as a master suite, complete with large jacuzzi tub with
a mountain view, large closet, flatscreen TV, and views of Timpanogos
from the elegantly appointed king size bed. Decks provide the back
of the house with views of the river and a hot tub. The lower level
is equipped with a large flat screen, wrap-around seating, and a
pool table. From stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to the
beautiful stone and woodwork throughout, the entire house is decorated

This true mountain hideaway offers both stunning views of Mt. Timpanogos
and the Stewart Waterfall. Very private, gated, yet close to all
Resort offerings, its four decks and new outdoor hot tub offer a
superb sensory experience. The kitchen, dining, living and reading
rooms are an open floorplan. The family room with media center is
separate, with game table and foosball. Unique Master suite with
heated deck has the best views at Sundance- like sleeping in a tree
