Book your wedding at Sundance to receive up to 25,000 air miles on United or American Airlines. When lodging rooms are booked in conjunction with your wedding the bride or groom will receive 500 air miles per stay.
How many rooms do I have to book in order to qualify for this offer?
The Wedding must contract a minimum of 20 rooms for 2 nights in order to qualify for this offer.
What do you mean by stay?
A stay is determined based on when a guest checks in and when a guest checks out. A guest that checks in on Friday and checks out on Sunday would count as one stay. A guest checking in on Tuesday and checking out on Sunday would also count as only one stay. Regardless of the number of nights a guest stays with us, only 500 air miles are awarded.

United Airlines and American Airlines.
How do I submit mileage claims?
Sundance will submit the mileage request on your behalf. All we need from you is your qualifying frequent flyer number.
Do we earn miles on a ‘per night’ or ‘per stay’ basis?
Mileage points are issued on a ‘per stay’ basis.
Can I split the miles with my spouse?
No. Only one guest (mileage number) can be submitted for miles.
If my mileage information is not attained at the time of stay, can I claim miles subsequent to my departure?
Yes. You have up to 6 months from departure date to claim miles.
When does Sundance process the frequent flyer submissions?
Sundance processes Frequent Flyer stays the 5th business day of the month following your wedding.
When should I give my frequent flyer program information to Sundance?
We recommend putting it in the contract.
When will my miles show up in my account?
It can take up to 4-6 weeks from the time of your stay, to the time you see the credit show up in your account.
Can I earn miles if my guests don’t stay at Sundance?
Unfortunately, no.
