All-Inclusive Summer Incentive Package

 

This Package includes:

Lodging for three nights in a Sundance or Mountain Suite.*

Round trip transportation to and from the Salt Lake International Airport

Welcome Reception on your first night.

Two breakfasts, two lunches and two dinners.**

Entertainment for one evening event.

Two signature Sundance activities including fly fishing, art classes or spa treatments.***

 

 

 

 

$2,045 for single occupancy or $2,725 for double occupancy.****

 

*Must have 20 rooms per night to qualify. 

**Meals do not include alcohol.

***Upgrades to activities available upon request.

****The above listed package includes all taxes and gratuities.

Day 1

 

3:00pm               Guests Arrive at Sundance via Medallion Limousine.

6:00pm               Welcome reception

10:00pm             Retire to one of our luxury Mountain Cottages.

 

Day 2

 

9:00am               Breakfast baskets delivered to each guest room.

10:00am             Guests depart for Fly Fishing, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking or Guided Hiking.

12:00pm             Lunch on own.

2:00pm               Guests depart for Fly Fishing, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking or Guided Hiking.

7:00pm               Outdoor BBQ at Elk Meadows with a local bluegrass band,

                           horseshoe pits and cowboy roping lessons.

10:00pm             Enjoy the Owl Bar.

1:00am               Retire to one of our luxury Mountain Cottages.

 

Day 3

 

9:00am               Catered breakfast.

10:00am             Free Time

12:00pm             Group picks up box lunches and enjoys a scenic chair lift ride & Hike.

3:00pm               Guests participate in Pottery Making, Jewelry Making, Painting, Sketching or                            Photography Class at the Sundance Art Shack. The Spa at Sundance is also available

                           for treatments from 9am to 6pm.

7:00pm               Gourmet Dinner in a Sundance Function Space.

1:00am               Retire to one of our luxury Mountain Cottages.

 

Day 4

 

9:00am               Breakfast on own

11:00am             Checkout and depart for airport.
