Season Pass Policies

• Please come to the Sundance Ticket Office between Nov. 1 and Dec. 8 to pick up your Season Pass. To avoid long lines and very long waits please do not pick up your pass before or after these dates.
• Season Passes are NON-Transferable & Non-Refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS). If used by anyone other then rightful holder the pass will be confiscated and voided. Pass can be replaced at full price.
• If lost or stolen a onetime complimentary reprint will be issued. If lost a second time, a $30 fee will be charged to replace you pass.
• All Season Pass Holders must sign liability waiver and agree to above terms and policy before picking up their season pass. If under 18 must have parent/guardian signature.
