Season Pass Policies

• Passes must be picked up in person before November 29, 2009
• Season Passes are NON-Transferable. If used by anyone other then rightful holder
  the pass will be confiscated and voided. Pass can be replaced at full price.
• $75 fee for all lost or stolen season passes. $65 refunded if pass is found.
• NO Refunds or Transfers on purchased Season Passes. No Exceptions.
• If you forget your pass you can purchase a day pass for $5, one time only. Each
  additional time you will be required to purchase a day pass at full price.
• All Season Pass Holders must sign liability waiver and agree to above terms and policy before picking up their season pass. If under 18 must have parent/guardian signature.
