From November 2008 through March 2009, Sundance Resort was proud to feature CoolGlobes, which was a collaboration between The Redford Center at the Sundance Preserve and the Chicago-based Cool Globes Project.

The globes are an imaginative and inspiring way to create awareness and provoke discussion about a potential solution to global warming. Designed by local, national and international
artists, as well as school children, each globe is 5 feet in diameter, and stands 7 1/2 feet tall on its base.  Each globe weighs in at 2,300 pounds.

There are over 30 globes on exhibit around the world and each has a distinct theme depicting what we can do to prevent global warming. Below are the titles of the 8 globes that were on display at Sundance.
