Award winning singer/songwriter, Rivers Rutherford, will perform his hits, including the 2002 ASCAP Song of the Year, Real Good Man (recorded by Tim McGraw) and When I Get Where I’m Going (nominated for both the ACM and CMA Song of the Year, recorded by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton). Other special guests include: Ryan Merriman, The Ring 2; Bobby Joyner and Park City’s own Alexa Wilkinson.
JRI is a non profit organization that uses the power of media to encourage people to make a lifetime commitment to be organ donors and to have that message spread to their friends and family. Funds from the event will help support JRI's new youth produced animated Public Service Announcement workshops and educational outreach initiatives on the web. By giving young adults the opportunity to share their voice with their peers, and in turn their families, they will learn how they can take action so that their wishes are carried out and more lives can be saved.
Tickets start at $25 for lawn seating, $65 General Admission. A VIP package can be purchased for $250 and includes tickets to the pre concert barbecue, concert and after party. For tickets, please call 801-223-4567 or visit www.smithstix.com. All proceeds will benefit The James Redford Institute for Transplant Awareness.
